In this crucial role, you will seamlessly deliver top-notch service and efficient administrative support to maintain the high standards of service that clients have come to expect.
The key functions of this role are:
- Frontline customer service
- Collating Annual Financial Statements and Tax Returns
- E-filing
- Provisional and Terminal Tax payments administration
- Filing Companies Office annual returns
- Debtors/Monthly Statements
- Administrative support to the team
- Stationery orders
- Filing
- Database maintenance
- Crafting delicious coffee

The role is Monday - Friday, 9am-4.30pm with 1 hour for lunch, offering a competitive hourly rate of $30 per hour. Additionally, it includes free parking and the opportunity to be part of a friendly and professional team.
