We are on the hunt for a highly organised Service Delivery Manager for a part-time role.

Some of the practical day-to-day things you can expect to be doing:

  • Contribute to the design and execution of activities to increase the percentage of revenue generated by Support & Maintenance/Managed Services contracts in line with strategic priorities.
  • Ensure that support agreements due for renewal are reviewed against partners needs and discussed and amended as required to ensure that the agreement both still benefits the partner and is profitable for Media Suite. This would include ensuring they are created and renewed in a timely manner.
  • Regularly review the upcoming work and work with the support coordinator to identify gaps/areas of resourcing required to meet upcoming partner needs, and ensure partner expectations are managed appropriately.
  • Be a point of escalation / conduit to the wider organisation when issues arise which cannot be resolved within the support squad.
  • Ensure that any partner tensions / dissatisfaction are communicated effectively and appropriately with other partner facing roles.
  • Ensure an expectation of Continuous improvement of support offerings is understood across the team.
  • Work with the support coordinator to ensure that support processes are defined, efficient and partner focused.

Skills, Experience & Education:


You will definitely have relevant professional experience; we'd expect to see at least 2 years experience in a service delivery manager, or senior customer support role (more would be exciting) but we're willing to help you grow and learn.

We're looking at someone who will be able to dedicate 20 hours a week (it's currently part time) to the role.

We'd be flexible about the actual hours of work.
