Due to continued growth, we have an exciting new role of Service Delivery Manager reporting directly to our Head of Technology and Platform Services.

Our performance and service levels across our Group is crucial to our success, this role will play a critical part in leading and implementing our service delivery support processes and how we continuously improve the way we do things.

  • Engage our teams and practice leads working closely to develop, design and promote best practice service management
  • Own and develop our DDT service catalogue ensuring the design is fitforpurpose and our service levels
  • Own and continually improve the automation of service delivery in our brandnew Service Management Platform
  • Ensure our group leads are accountable in delivering our agreed and target service levels
  • Lead incident and problem management
  • Grow and build strong working relationship across the business, building our capability is key

  • 5 years previous experience in a leadership role in a complex IT Service Management environment with a relevant qualification
  • Knowledge and experience in the delivery of Service Management frameworks, tools and best practices
  • Proven experience supporting users in both onpremise and cloud based Microsoft environments
  • Ability to make robust decisions with strong communication and relationship building skills
  • A desire to see and create continuous improvement
