This role is senior support for our Trade Marketing team, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our brands and building strong relationships across the business.
The Role
- Manage the workflow of graphic design work, including quality control / proofing & ensure trade collateral is up to date
- Assist on Trade Photoshoots (scheduling, booking photographers / videographers / organising travel if required and catering)
- Maintain the MediaWorks website and create and post content to our LinkedIn and Facebook pages
- Update meeting WIPs for Sales and Trade Marketing teams
- Process our Trade Marketing invoices and update our budget tracker and reconciliation
- Create customer reports in Salesforce
- Assist with Trade Marketing campaigns and provide input into overarching strategy
- Office management duties point of contact for suppliers, order collateral, organise travel itineraries for our Trade Team and Execs
- Assist our events and partnerships (e.g. The Rock 2000, World of Wearable Art, etc.) including event coordination
