**About the role**:
As a Digital Content Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our digital strategy, creating engaging content for our website and app. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure our content aligns with company objectives and marketing strategies. From crafting persuasive copy to managing content within our CMS, you'll play a key role in enhancing user engagement and driving conversions.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Structure, plan, and produce engaging content for our website and app, including landing pages and promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure content aligns with company objectives and marketing strategies.
- Craft compelling and persuasive copy for various website elements to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- Integrate and manage content within the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring seamless cross-media utilisation.
- Enhance user experience by creating personalised online experiences through tailored content and interactive features.
- Utilise available analytical tools to analyse results and derive actionable insights to improve content performance.
**About you**:
We're looking for someone with:
- Degree in Online Media, Marketing, or related fields, and several years of work experience in E-Commerce.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. Foundational JavaScript knowledge advantageous.
- Proven experience with content management systems like WordPress, Shopify or Webflow.
- Strong attention to detail, a high degree of initiative, and an independent work style.
- Creativity, strong language skills, excellent formulation abilities, and an affinity for technical products will set you apart.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
