**Mitre 10 MEGA Manukau** is wanting a Sales Leader in the Hardware/Power Garden department.

**Mitre 10** continues to dominate the New Zealand DIY retail market both in its market share and number of stores throughout the country. You can be part of our continuing success by joining the team at **Mitre 10 MEGA Manukau **and lead within this fast paced and vibrant business.

This role is within our **Hardware/Power Garden department**. If Nails, Screws, Drills and Impact Drivers are a bit of you, and you have a knowledge of Outdoor Power Tools, you are our person We supply a great selection of Tools for the DIY person plus and multitude of Tools for the Trade.

For this position we are looking for someone who has:

- Enthusiasm and team spirit.
- A passion for customer service excellence.
- Good time management.
- A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible.
- Willingness to learn; and
- Excellent communication skills.

Previous retail experience and/or experience within the Hardware and Power Tool area will be viewed very favourably.

In this role you will report to the Retail Leader

This is a full-time position as a 7 day a week business the hours in this role are;
**Mon - 10.30-7, Tue - 9.30-6, Wed - 7-3.30, Thurs - 10.30-7, Sun - 9.30-6**

We also offer excellent staff buying and have plenty of carparking available.
