We're looking for a front of house professional to join the business support team in our Wellington office.


Our reception area is open from 7.30am - 5.30pm and we are looking for someone to work 8.30am - 5.30pm.

In return we offer a chance to work within one of New Zealand's leading law firms where the business support teams are full of experienced and talented people who work together to deliver top notch service to our internal and external clients.


In this role, you would be:

  • Greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment
  • Ensuring the client areas are presented to the highest standard at all times
  • Setting up and providing IT Support (mostly around Zoom) for the client floor
  • Arranging refreshments and catering for meetings / events and clients
  • Managing meeting/ event room bookings
  • Collating mail and arranging couriers.
To be successful in this role you must have:

  • A "can-do" and happy to help attitude with the ability to be flexible and operate as part of a team
  • Basic IT knowledge experience with Zoom / AV setups preferred
  • An unflappable/calm demeanour
  • An eye for detail and a high standard of accuracy
  • The ability to work in a busy environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • A proactive approach to your work the ability to work on tasks unprompted and anticipate needs
  • Impeccable time management skills and an ability to prioritise
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
