**Company, Role and Location**
- $26PH PLUS Pending Experience + 8% Holiday Pay
- 7:30AM - 3:00PM Mon - Friday
- Immediate start in a temp contract
- Approx. 4-6 week assignment period to start off with
- Opportunity to become permanent for the right fit
- Exposure to a professional environment with potential for career growth

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate room bookings, schedule meetings, and collaborate with the catering team.
- Assist with admin tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
- Maintain a professional and tidy reception area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous office experience within corporate environment preferred.
- Excellence in verbal and written communication.
- Familiarity within Microsoft Suite and Teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail in managing appointments and documentation.
- Professional and punctual in presentation.
