Are you seeking diversity in your career and have a passion for working within mental health?
About you
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrator to support the leadership of adult mental health services in the North and Rodney districts.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will bring previous experience working in a large health organisation as well as advanced administrative skills in order to help the leadership team achieve their goals.
This 0.9 position is a profile 5 role that will provide personal assistance to the Operations Manager, Clinical Nurse Director and Service Clinical Director.
In addition you will be working as part of a larger administration team based in Takapuna and will use your experience and seniority to support the teams to strive for excellence.
Preferred
Skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience in using health software such as HCC, Oracle and iPIMs are essential.
You will be working with a senior team of professionals who are supportive, fun and dedicated to improving outcomes for people experiencing mental illness.
