About the Role
Stop is on an exciting journey for continuous improvement, and that includes the newly created Lead Manager role. This new role sits within Stop's Senior Leadership Team and will be pivotal in leading Stop's service delivery. The role will be responsible for making sure service needs are well managed and delivered to a high standard.

Ensuring our D365 clinical reporting is of a high standard, and that contractual requirements are being met you will work closely with the Clinical Quality Manager to ensure clinical systems and operational practices support quality, safe, effective, and efficient services to clients.


Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and supporting funding negotiations and contractual obligations, the Lead Manager will have oversight and be accountable for the Adult, Adolescent and Children services.


As the Lead Manager you will have an influential role and will be well supported to build the capability of our clinical teams.


To be successful you will demonstrate:

  • extensive experience in providing leadership and management,
- strong knowledge and understanding of funder requirements,
- strong understanding of te ao Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- proven results of timely and accurate completion of quarterly and annual reports,
- experience and understanding of budget and forecasting,
- experience in providing sound advice at a senior level,
- ability to risk manage, mitigate and strategise for future planning.
