What will the role involve?
What will you need to bring with you?
We are looking for someone who is confident in building strong and highly collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders and is motivated, curious, humble and able to work well in a team.
Along with this, you will need:
- Appropriate tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in network automation or OSS integration
- Strong experience in monitoring and analysing network performance metrics
- Experience utilising monitoring tools
- Knowledge of advanced data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., Python, SQL)
- Ability to develop dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights
- Experience investigating network performance issues and collaborating with Network Engineers
- Experience analysing network traffic patterns and recommending proactive measures
