We have an amazing opportunity to join our Lending Operations team (Loan & Data Maintenance) based at ASBs state of the art head office in Wynyard Quarter on a 6 month FTC.

You will be joining a high pressure, demanding, customer focused team who are responsible for understanding complex changes to the Banks security position, preparing all documentation and communicating with internal customers and solicitors.

About the Role:

On a day-to-day basis, you will manage high volumes of requests in tight turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and provide superior internal and external customer service by responding to, managing and resolving customer and stakeholder issues.


Apart from that, you will:

  • Support role out of new processes across team and assist with implementation.
  • Prioritise the work based on level of urgency
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers via different channels
  • Utilise Bank's systems as well as external systems required to provide service excellence in lending support, e.g. Teller, Securities, Onyx, ClearPath, WebEnabler.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to internal and external customers
  • Solve problems with limited discretion, escalating outside of Standard Operating Procedures and documented solutions when needed

Whilst your attitude, work ethic and customer focus is what will get you through, you will also bring a knowledge of lending/conveyancing and experience in the financial services industry.
