What you will do:

As a Banking Consultant - Personal Lending you are the driving force of Accelerating Financial Progress for all New Zealanders.

Your primary focus will be to meet our customer's current and future banking needs, utilising a range of tools to educate customers about the various options available to them, resulting in personalised and innovative product and service recommendations.

What you will bring:

This position would be a great career progression for an experienced and outstanding Senior Customer Service Officer/ Customer Service Representative, looking for a chance to shine and move to the next step of their career in personal lending space.

Your exceptional level of time management and decision-making skills coupled a strong customer focused mindset will see you succeed in this role.

Due to the nature of our Direct Channel operations, this role is rostered shifts offering 40 hours of work per week (i.e. 8 hour shifts per day, working 5 days a week as rostered over Monday to Saturday between 08:00am
