As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this new position will lead, shape, influence and collaborate across the business to drive ImpactLab's strategic focus and direction.


Your mission would be to create a culture of innovation and collaboration across the leadership team and wider organisation to drive the delivery of the strategic plan.


You would be responsible for the following functions:

  • Service delivery,
  • Finance,
  • Operations, and
  • Compliance.


In support of these functions, you would have the opportunity to help identify and build business cases and financial models to support the planning and development of future strategic growth opportunities.

ImpactLab partners with a number of other impact-focused organisations, sharing expert knowledge, support and shared services where required. This would provide you with a trusted group of colleagues and advisors to support your success in the role.

Requirements:


The measure of your success will be your ability to inspire and lead teams, with a focus on collaboration and purpose.

You will be well-regarded and known as someone who is able to navigate complex internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver strategic organisational outcomes.


  • Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or a relevant role.
  • Senior experience in commercial organisations with an emphasis on the customer.
  • Strong relationship management experience, with the ability to successfully engage and partner with diverse audiences and balance stakeholder needs.
  • Proven experience in developing and leading multifaceted, highly performing, engaged teams.
  • An exceptional strategic delivery lens, with the ability to provide thought leadership, prioritisation and common purpose to a diverse portfolio.
  • Sound commercial acumen, with a keen eye for detail and costeffective solutions.
  • Experience in capital raising would be a plus.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office.
