Job Description:


As a Senior Technical Officer, you will be involved in delivering medium to large scale, multidisciplinary projects that deliver high standard outcomes for AECOM clients.


Day to day, you will be managing and producing 2D and 3D CAD models, documentation and other technical tasks to agreed schedules including BIM, ensuring the quality of drawing and documentation packages meet client expectations and comply with AECOM or client standards.


You will be responsible for building relationships with internal clients to ease delivery on projects, you will frequently work closely with project managers and discipline leads to better understand deadlines and deliverable requirements.


Qualifications:

  • 10 years mechanical modelling and design experience
  • Seasoned experience in 3D modelling using Plant 3D and 2D drawings
  • Digital and technically competent
  • Exposure and experience working across multidisciplinary sectors and projects
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification or practical experience
  • Keen to develop digital engineering skills
