We have an opportunity for an experienced Business Support Coordinator to provide proactive high quality support to the Water team in Auckland as well as working closely with other Business Support Coordinators and teams across the country.
Key emphasis for this role will be organising travel and workshops, preparing presentations, collating reports and providing administration support for the team.
You will join a well-oiled team of high performers who value the support they receive.
The Water team manage multiple projects at any one time and need the support of their Business Support Coordinator to smooth out processes and tasks, allowing them to concentrate on the projects at hand.
Therefore, you will be a key point of contact and be comfortable coordinating multiple tasks.About the role:
- A key point of contact for the administrative needs of the Auckland team
- Providing administrative support as required, i.e., taking minutes, meeting coordination and management, following up on actions, arranging morning teas, formatting of documents, travel arrangements and logistics
- Ensuring that documentation is produced, published, and collated efficiently, you will provide word processing and proofreading services
- Organising workshop, morning teas, collating reports and preparing presentations
- Maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders
- Event management logistics and working closely with other Business Services areas across New Zealand
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals or tender submissions
- Manage onboarding and offboarding
- Provide relevant training in T+T templates, etc
- Developing and sharing communication
We are looking for someone who:
- Shows initiative and has a proactive approach
- Has a supportive mindset someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
- A flair for formatting documents and is a MS office superstar/expert
- Good knowledge & technical strengths in Microsoft Office, Acrobat and Excel, publishing skills, Sharepoint and used company templates previously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills someone who likes to tick things off and get things done
- Confidence to use judgement and make appropriate decisions
- Business Acumen
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
