About the role:


Reporting directly to the Project Services Manager, and working closely with other business partners; you will be responsible for supporting the administration of their daily tasks.

This can vary from data-entry which relates to invoices, and project information updates, to reviewing and reconciling documentation.

Duties:

  • Cost management
  • Maintaining supplier relationships
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders e.g consultants
  • Maintaining review of documentation and information updates
  • Reconciliations of financial documents
  • Project and financial reporting in alignment with fee structures
  • Dataentry and document handling
  • Providing backup to FOH reception team when needed

Skills & experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline, however specialisation in Construction / Engineering is desired
  • Experience in administration support is desired
  • Open and approachable communication style
  • Strong ability to support and work in a team.
