Do you love being out and about, carrying out a range of handyman-type work?

Are you friendly, reliable, good at admin and self-managing?

Do you pride yourself in quality workmanship and have an eye for detail?

Go Short Stay manages rental properties across Queenstown and we need additional staff to assist with a range of practical and administration tasks. We are looking for someone who is personable, works well in a team and thrives on the energy of a busy office. You should be practical and helpful, as well as organised and reliable.

No two days will be the same as you support our team of busy Property Managers to keep their rentals running tip-top.

You will be carrying out a wide range of services including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with furniture assembly and installation

  • Installing blinds and appliances

  • Brand new property handover inspections, reports and following up on remedial works

  • Minor landscaping projects, lawns and garden work

  • Exterior house washes

  • Painting, general repairs and maintenance

  • Emergency call out cover

Our team is dynamic, client-centric and professional; we are after someone that's great with people and is also good with detail - you will need to use our invoicing software and project management software. Training will be provided.

Our office is in a strong growth phase and we are looking for an amazing team member who wants to contribute to it's success.
