Property Manager – Short-Term Accommodation

Position Overview:

The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of short-term accommodation properties. This includes overseeing operations, guest experience, maintenance, housekeeping, and owner relations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of short-term rental properties, ensuring high standards of presentation and service.
  • Oversee guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, providing a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Handle guest communications, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally and promptly.
  • Manage property listings and pricing across online booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, ).
  • Monitor occupancy rates, revenue performance, and expenses to optimize profitability.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare regular performance and financial reports for management and owners.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property, hotel, or short-term accommodation management.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management or booking systems (e.g., Guesty, Cloudbeds, Hostaway, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays or after-hours as required by guest check-ins and operational needs.
