We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure the smooth running of our office. Standard work hours: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative support
  • Oversee scheduling, appointments, and customer inquiries
  • Maintain records of repairs, invoices, and inventory
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team activities
  • Assist in billing, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Office Manager position or an administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management software
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of the vehicle repairs and maintenance industry is a plus but not mandatory, as training and induction will be provided
