Finance Administrator

**The Company**

My client is a well-established Manufacturing business and have been in operation for over 50 years. They are New Zealand's only manufacturer, and this has allowed to them to carve a large portion of the New Zealand market. They have offices located in Otahuhu with plenty of parking onsite and are conveniently close to public transport links. This is a great opportunity to join a tenured and collaborative team on a 9-month contract.

**The Role**

This role is a part of a team of 5 and will be reporting into the Finance Manager. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for a variety of finance and accounting tasks with support from the team. Your contribution will be imperative to the success of the wider team and will include:

- Liaising with the outsourced team and managing any queries
- Taking responsibility of the purchase orders - Raise, process and manage
- Resolve any discrepancies with purchase orders
- Setting up new vendors in the system
- Calculating bonuses
- Managing general inbox for the accounting team inbox
- Complete month end accruals
- Completing reconciliations
- Ad hoc responsibilities

**Skills & Experience**

To be successful in the role you will have proven experience in an accounting and finance role that was varied and required you to wear multiple hats. You will be someone who can work collaboratively with others whilst being results-orientated with a high level of attention to detail.
