Please note, this role is suitable for and experienced Clinic Manager or 2IC/Senior Therapist ready to take the next step in their career.

As Clinic Manager, you'll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of FEELING GOOD by:

  • Leading by Example: Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.
  • Client Experience: Deliver our Customer Value Proposition to exceed client expectations and be the one they rave about
  • Business Growth: Drive clinic profitability and expansion, igniting a sense of WICKED ambition.

We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:

  • Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Level 4).
  • Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry.
  • Focus on excellent customer service and results.
