Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House/Receptionist who can multitask whilst providing excellent service to our wellness clinic and its patients. This is a 4 month contract to cover while our amazing receptionist is out of the country. There is however a chance this would lead to more work with us in the future.

We are looking for a person who is flexible, who has high levels of initiative, with a can do/positive attitude, friendly, reliable and who is prepared to go the extra mile in customer care. Who is happy to help wherever required and who is confident in picking up new systems and processes.

Hours

Tues - Weds 10-6

Thurs - Fri 7-2

We do however require the candidate to have some ability to be flexible with hours.

Location and Our Practice

We're located in the heart of the city, practising in a beautiful clinic positioned a stone's throw from the waterfront.

We provide cutting edge pain management, involving a broad range of pain relief tools and perspectives. This enables us to have great success with the most chronic pain patients, where many others fail.

Some of the skills you will bring include:

  • High degree of tenacity.
  • Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great communication.
  • Previous experience in Hospitality/ Front of house.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Customer facing experience.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a general practice/primary health care setting ideal but not required.
