Clinical Nurse Manager

Full-time | Tuesday–Saturday | Above-Market Salary + Relocation Support + Retention Bonus
You know what makes a good day in aged care: calm corridors, residents smiling, staff confident, and families reassured.
Those moments don't happen by chance; they come from strong leadership and genuine connection.
If you're a Clinical Nurse Manager who loves walking the floor, listening to your team, and taking time for a chat with a resident who always wants her tea "just right," this is the kind of environment where you'll thrive.
Just a short drive from Wellington's CBD, this medium-sized aged-care village offers Hospital, Rest Home and Dementia-level care in a warm, well-supported community. It's a place where you can truly lead, not firefight, and where quality care and kindness go hand in hand.
Why this Clinical Nurse Manager role stands out
- Above-market salary + relocation support if you are moving from outside Wellington
- Tuesday–Saturday roster – enjoy Sundays and Mondays for yourself
- A stable, values-led team who genuinely love what they do

- 3 paid Wellness days per year
- 1 paid day of leave to celebrate your birthday each year
