What you'll be doing

As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll combine clinical excellence with everyday humanity.

You'll:

  • Empower nurses and caregivers through coaching, mentoring, and genuine recognition
  • Oversee person-centred, evidence-based care across all service levels
  • Keep audits, documentation, and compliance organised and effortless
  • Build trusted relationships with residents and whānau — because communication is care
  • Partner with the Village Manager and regional team to strengthen quality, consistency, and morale

What you'll bring
  • Current NZ Nursing Council registration and practising certificate
  • Must have current New Zealand work authorisation at the time of application
  • At Least 3 Years of Proven leadership in aged residential care
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in aged residential care required
  • Confidence in audits, H&S, and clinical governance requirements
  • A calm, approachable leadership style that brings people together
  • A genuine love of aged care — for the stories, the smiles, and the purpose behind it all
