Your Responsibilities

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing remote and on-site clinical and technical support for BIOTRONIK CRM and EP products and driving customer satisfaction through service.

Day to day, the role involves:

· Providing technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff.

· Assisting with implantations and performing patient follow-ups.

· Supports the Clinical Studies Department in the field.

· Coordinating sales activities to support key customers with customer training and education events.

· Supports BIOTRONIK national sales, business development and marketing strategies.

Qualification and Experience

We are looking for a new Team Member who may come from a broad background including:

· Cardiac Physiologist: Experience with implantable device clinics, ECGs, holter monitoring, echocardiography or other cardiac diagnostic tests.
