We're looking for a National Sales Manager to lead our nationwide team of Robot Solutions Specialists – the passionate experts who help customers discover, experience, and enjoy our robots every day.
This role plays a critical part in how we grow. You'll oversee the full sales function across multiple teams, with a particular focus on supporting our distributed Robot Solutions Specialists who help customers discover, understand and adopt our prodcuts everyday.
The roleAs National Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and leading all things sales across the business. This includes, sales performance across different channels (onsite, retail and direct from website), pipeline management and forecasting, sales/CRM system management and processes.
You'll work closely with our regional field team and our Auckland-based Sales Support team to ensure every stage of the customer journey — from first enquiry through to purchase — is efficient, aligned, and delivers an outstanding experience.
You'll collaborate across marketing, operations, and commercial to align sales execution with business priorities and support our continued growth as a trusted household name in robotics.
This is a dynamic, mobile role with national visibility. Around 50% of your time will involve visiting regional locations to support sales execution, understand local performance, and identify opportunities.
What you'll do- Manage and oversee sales performance across the business
- Own national sales processes, systems, and reporting
- Manage, support and lead mutliple sales team who are experts in their field.
- Monitor and improve pipeline health and conversion rates
- Ensure consistent sales experiences and practices across all regions
- Work with Sales Support to optimise enquiry handling and onboarding
- Develop and execute regional sales plans and initiatives
- Provide accurate forecasting and insights to leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve tools, systems, and workflows
- Support national product launches and rollouts
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into action.
- A genuine passion for people, coaching, and performance development.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools.
- Experience in technology/robotics is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (around 50 % of the role).
