We're looking for an organized, proactive Project Manager / Project Administrator to join our team and help keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

About the Role

In this role you'll work closely with builders, developers, architects, and our internal installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, accurately, and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating project timelines, bookings, and installations
  • Preparing and managing quotes, orders, variations, and documentation
  • Communicating with clients to confirm specifications, schedules, and updates
  • Liaising with suppliers and tracking product availability
  • Problem-solving on the fly to resolve scheduling or supply challenges
  • Supporting the sales team with technical and project-related information
  • Ensuring all project details are accurate and complete before handover

This role could suit someone experienced in project coordination/admin - or someone from the construction or trade world who's highly organized and ready to step into a project management path.
