We have an exciting opportunity for someone to get their start in the IT Industry.

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team to deliver exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment.

You will be part of a team working on fulfilling open sales orders, updating ETAs on all open purchase orders, managing new orders, resolving queries from Internal and external partners, and managing inbound freight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end order transactions, including fulfilment and invoicing
  • Proactively track orders in the system, identify system issues and resolve
  • Manage operational transactions and periodic billing
  • Support commercial and finance teams on operational matters
  • Ensure timely order delivery and resolve issues
  • Address customer queries, disputes, and special requests
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer value
  • Handle high volumes of customer requests and daily EDI activities
  • Manage month/quarter-end commitments and inbound freight

Skills & Experience:

  • SAP and ticketing tools experience a bonus but not essential
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
