Location: Rosedale, North Shore, Auckland

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00am–5:00pm)

We are currently seeking a Sales & Purchase Administrator primarily working with the Motorcycle Brands CFMOTO and Sherco to join our friendly and dynamic team based in Rosedale, North Shore. This is a diverse and fast-paced role that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with a passionate team in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to dealer and customer enquiries regarding sales orders, stock availability, and general product information
  • Processing sales orders and purchase receipts in our ERP and B2B systems
  • Allocating incoming stock to relevant sales orders and managing backorders
  • Preparing and issuing invoices, credit notes, and finance documentation
  • Liaising with finance providers and internal stakeholders on floor-plan matters
  • Generating and distributing regular sales, stock, and performance reports
  • Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of transactions, supplier communications, and inventory movements
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Assisting with internal audits, stocktakes, and compliance reporting
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives and contributing to a positive team culture

About You

  • Proven experience in an administrative, sales support, or purchasing role
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional, can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with accounting or ERP systems
  • A passion for motorcycles or the powersports industry is a bonus
