Orange Homes is looking for an experienced, creative, and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role (20hrs/week) is perfect for someone who loves design, social media, and content creation and wants to make a real impact.

About the Role

You'll lead our day-to-day marketing activity across digital, print, and on-site brand touchpoints. From designing adverts to capturing video on our projects, you'll help us tell the Orange Homes story in a fresh, engaging way.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn content
  • Creating and scheduling posts, stories & short-form videos
  • Designing digital and print ads, brochures & marketing collateral
  • Capturing photos and video at build sites, events & showhomes
  • Keeping our showhomes up to date with refreshed marketing displays
  • Maintaining our website content and brand assets
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns and working with external suppliers
  • Tracking social and campaign performance
About You

You're a hands-on marketer who loves variety and can bring creative ideas to life. You have strong design skills and experience creating polished content for digital and print.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in marketing, social media or content creation
  • Confidence with Facebook/Instagram tools and video editing
  • Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite or similar)
  • A creative eye and attention to detail
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
