We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy, detail-driven team member who thrives in a role with variety. This position blends IT support, development co-ordination, system optimisation, marketing, social media content creation, and digital video editing. No two days will look the same.

You'll work closely with our CEO, support the wider team, solve technical issues, and help bring new ideas to life across both our internal systems and external digital presence.

This role can be full-time or part-time, with flexible hours to suit successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues around the office and coordinate efficiently with our external IT providers for more complex issues to minimise staff downtime.
  • Assist with new user setups, linking documents, and ensuring all system elements work correctly.
  • Liaise with our website developer to ensure issues are resolved properly and improvements are implemented.
  • Collaborate with our CEO and developer to bring new website concepts to life—requiring meticulous attention to detail and effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office systems and workflows—becoming the "go-to" person for solving process roadblocks.
  • Support and actively participate in our client workshops, ensuring the software runs smoothly for demonstrations, assisting with setup, helping clients troubleshoot issues, and contributing to a professional, seamless workshop experience (training given).
  • Create and implement AI-driven solutions to speed up processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Create compelling social media posts and video content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Own our social media presence, digital campaigns, and promotional visuals.
  • Confidently edit video content, produce short-form clips, and showcase our brand story across platforms.
  • Self-learn our practice management software and build useful automations within our systems.

Ideally you will have:

  • Confidently use AI tools and remain up-to-date with emerging technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for translating discussions into creative content, structure and storytelling.
  • Strong Excel skills to diagnose issues, repair broken spreadsheets, and fix graphical or formula errors.
  • Bring strong verbal and written communication skills to capture ideas from team discussions and transform them into meaningful, structured marketing content.
  • Ability to write, structure and format marketing content for our service and events
  • Creative with a good eye for design and video.
  • A natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and switching between tech, development, and creative work.
  • Practical, proactive, and confident with IT.
  • Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn new technologies.
