**About this role**

Ballantynes are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive front of house hospitality experience with proven leadership skills to join us as our Hospitality Co-ordinator to work across our Hospitality portfolio.

Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, this role will lead the front of house team which is typically 10 staff depending on the day. On occasions there will some late nights when events are being held.

We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service therefore you must be capable of leading and motivating the team to deliver the highest of standards. Your passion for the hospitality industry and your excellent food & beverage knowledge will shine through.
- Extensive front of house hospitality experience - Ideally 5 years’ experience in a busy bistro / restaurant environment
- Proven leadership skills
- Trained barista skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven ability to train, coach and motivate staff
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enjoy working in a team
- High attention to detail
- Duty Manager Certificate

This is a permanent Full-time opportunity working day shifts and one weekend day.
