Zeal is looking for someone to tutor young people in live sound while building positive and effective relationships with young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lessons
- Develop and implement lesson plans
- Teach and develop young people's skills
- Build positive and effective relationships with young people
Skills & Experience Required
- You have high competency and experience in your creative field.
- You have a basic understanding of how young people learn.
- You have a demonstrated ability to build relationships, mentor and coach young people.
- You have a proactive, self-motivated mindset and approach.
- You think outside the box to produce fresh ideas and concepts.
- You tick the boxes on our values (seriously, read them, they're very important to us).
Qualifications: Experience in music, experience in teaching or tutoring, and a willingness to work with youth.
