About the role, you'll help resolve consumer complaints

You'll work with both consumers and providers — using conciliation, mediation and investigation skills to reach fair, timely outcomes.

What you'll bring

  • A relevant tertiary qualification (Law or similar)preferred but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to simplify complex or technical information
  • Empathy, professionalism, and sound judgement
  • Open-mindedness and curiosity

Experience in dispute resolution, mediation or investigations is a bonus — but if you bring the right attitude and communication skills, we'll help you grow.
