The role: In this role, you will manage all aspects of billing for services, reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable support and dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Your tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage billings function.
  • Credit control - including month end customer statements and following up on overdues.
  • Bank reconciliations of customer payments.
  • Accounts receivable reconciliations.
  • Assisting with queries
  • Provide mentorship and training to the accounts receivable team members.

Skills & Experience: Our client is seeking someone who has sound Accounts Receivable experience. As this is a Senior role, the successful candidate will have a proactive approach and will be an excellent communicator. You will ideally possess the below skills and attributes:

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, vlookups etc.).
  • Experience across AR and AP.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Genuine customer service approach - communicating with customers professionally and effectively.
