About the role:

As Territory Manager for the Central to Lower North Island, you'll be responsible for growing and nurturing BePure Group's wholesale and retail partnerships across the region. You'll build strong, long-term relationships, support customer success, and drive sustainable sales growth across the BePure and Eve product ranges.

Guided by the Head of Sales, you'll act as a trusted advisor to your customers — understanding their businesses, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored strategies that help them thrive. You'll also be the voice of your territory internally, sharing insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to support smarter, more connected decision-making across the business.

This role is ideally suited to candidates based in Tauranga or Wellington.

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with wholesale and retail partners across Central to Lower North Island
  • Grow your territory through smart account planning, range expansion, and opportunity spotting
  • Support customers to succeed by educating teams and strengthening product recommendation confidence
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align activity and maximise impact
  • Share insights from the field to help shape strategy and drive continuous improvement
