Property Development Consultant

My client is a two decade old established design-build property development services and construction firm, who has recently added smaller transportable homes to its repertoire.

This role is half front end property development management (DD, bulk and location, feasibility) and half property development sales (closing an extremely happy home owner/developer client on your site proposal).

You will take client leads (perhaps including some generated through your own initiative and networks) through the development process. This might be for small development and subdivision projects (2 to 6 homes), transportable homes or working with larger developers.

You will help your clients undertake due-diligence on site suitability and develop a property development proposal (in conjunction with the inhouse draughting/ QS team) for their consideration. Your objective is to help them navigate through to a successful purchasing decision. Then the rest of the team will deliver your client, new homes.

This role will suit someone with property development industry experience wanting to expand their sales repertoire OR someone with sales and business development in their blood with the aptitude for understanding small scale residential property developments.

If you are strong in only one of those two areas - either sales or understanding small scale property development - training is available for those with the right personality and demeanor.
