What we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant who brings a unique blend of Nonprofit industry expertise and Salesforce platform knowledge. This role is strategic and client-facing - deeply involved in solutioning, workshop facilitation, scoping, and design.

Note: Ideally, you will bring deep Salesforce Nonprofit industry experience; however, we are open to candidates with strong transferable consulting skills and Salesforce Industries expertise.

What you'll do

Workshop Facilitation

You'll leverage your industry knowledge, business analysis, and facilitation skills to lead discovery and design workshops that uncover the project's objectives and key results (OKRs), as-is and to-be business processes, and future-state solution architecture.

Solution Design

You'll translate workshop insights into design blueprints, scope documents, and build specifications that create a clear path forward.

Solution Build

With strong Salesforce platform skills, you'll be able to execute with speed and precision while supporting your colleagues as an escalation point for design and development decisions.

Strategic Advisory

You'll build long-term, strategic relationships with your key clients, guiding them on their Salesforce journey post-implementation.

• Achieving Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) focused on the financial, employee, customer, community, and innovation outcomes that matter.
• Helping clients cut through complexity to make decisions that align with their objectives.
• Designing and delivering scalable solutions that enable future use cases.
• Creating high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.

Experience and certifications you'll need

Essential:

• 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience
• A proven track record delivering impactful Salesforce projects
• Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certifications (NPC/NPSP) or Salesforce Industries certifications and project experience

Ideal, but not essential:

• Experience working with Salesforce's Nonprofit Cloud data models (e.g. fundraising, case management, or grantmaking)
• Experience working in the nonprofit sector
• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Salesforce certifications - the more, the better
