Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join our dynamic property team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the firm's strategic growth while mentoring and leading others.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property files independently from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible for reviewing relevant documents, preparing client reports, and liaising with clients, real estate agents, and lending institutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver holistic legal solutions.

Ideal Candidate
  • Proven ability to manage residential property transactions independently.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in property law.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client-facing skills, showing empathy and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Additional experience in wills, enduring powers of attorney (EPOAs), estates, or relationship property is advantageous but not essential.
