PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANT

My client, an experienced nimble residential property developer -with upcoming projects in Auckland and current projects in Tauranga- is internalising sales. You will be the developer's Property Sales Consultant selling through various networks/channels and converting new and existing leads.

This is a mobile role between AKL-TGA. It is intended the consultant will be Auckland based (so has direct support from the MD) but Tauranga based sales consultants will be considered. The developer has small offices in each location. Whilst there will be some travel to Tauranga required many sales will be to investors.

As long as you present as a well groomed A+ professional and can guide buyers to unconditional sales with clarity and enthusiasm you get to run the sales process your way. You will be working directly with the Managing Director, taking existing third party network and lead generation sales management off his hands. Needless to say you will be 100% self-motivated.

The tight knit development team specialises in boutique developments and places their focus on creating valuable communities.

New projects have existing presales (so the price is right) - and there are a a lot more projects in desirable locations, with funding in place, to come.

Open to all commission + base (or not) remuneration structures & flexible work arrangements ok.

What you'll bring:

  • At least 3 years proven experience selling new homes, either at an agency or direct from a developer
  • The ability to sell the dream (presales), as well as sell homes under construction
  • A passion for negotiating and closing home buyer leads
  • Ambition to create new selling channels and leverage existing sales networks and relationships
  • You have no restrictions on working in New Zealand
