What we're looking for

We're seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant that aspires to develop a strategic business consulting skill set to complement their already-strong Salesforce platform knowledge. 

As a part of our Salesforce Commercial Squad, you'll work alongside a high-performing team of Salesforce Consultants, Developers and Architects. Our projects span a wide breadth of Salesforce Clouds, including Sales, Service, Financial Services, Marketing, Data360 and Agentforce.

What you'll do

Salesforce Projects

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll translate clients' strategic objectives into powerful platform solutions. Through the delivery process, you'll utilise your strong declarative skills and platform knowledge, create clear system documentation, manage client communication and support the rollout with engaging presentations, demos and user training.

Continuous Improvement

You'll build long term, high-trust relationships with your key clients. You'll support them with planning their strategic road maps, analysing their data, optimising their processes and refining their backlog to drive further value from their Salesforce investment.

• Achieving Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) focused on the financial, employee, customer and innovation outcomes that matter.
• Helping clients cut through complexity to make decisions that align with their objectives.
• Creating high levels of client satisfaction, retention and advocacy.
• Delivering scalable solutions that enable future use cases.

Experience and certifications you'll need

Essential

• At least 2 years in a Salesforce role (consultant or customer)
• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator 201 and Sales/Service Cloud
• A proven track record delivering impactful projects

Helpful (but not essential)

• Additional Salesforce Certifications (the more the better)
• Relevant Business or IT Tertiary Qualification
• Experience working in the Financial Services sector
• Exposure to IT Project Management and Business Analysis methodologies
