Are you passionate about developing people and helping new talent thrive? Bower Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Trainer to join our growing team in a full-time, permanent position.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding, training, and supporting both new and experienced agents companywide. You will be working in an environment that already has some of the highest producing sales people in the Bay of Plenty and be a crucial part of an organisation that has the development of all its people at the heart of its business philosophy.

You'll also work closely with the companies leadership team to provide leadership support across two high-performing satellite offices—helping maintain our culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training to incoming agents
  • Teach and reinforce internal systems, processes, and best-practice procedures
  • Coach agents on productivity, prospecting, communication, and performance habits
  • Support Directors with day-to-day office management and team development
  • Identify training gaps and implement training programs to elevate team capability
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture across both office locations

About You

  • Current Real Estate Licence (essential)
  • Proven experience in real estate training, coaching, or team development
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and operational systems
  • Confident communicator with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead
  • Organised, proactive, and passionate about helping others succeed
  • Enjoy working in a supportive, driven, and fast-paced environment
