About the Role

We're looking for an administrative professional who thrives on accuracy, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in maintaining high standards. Working closely with our Professional Standards Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our documentation and compliance processes are robust, efficient, and error-free.

This is an intermediate-level position with plenty of opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility over time. Based in our Middleton office, you'll occasionally visit branches to provide support and cover for local administrators.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and review Disclosure and Sale documentation with precision and attention to detail

· Liaise confidently with sales professionals, solicitors, and branch managers

· Follow up on outstanding property information and ensure accuracy across all documentation

· Assist with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) administrative requirements

· Provide training and support to sales teams on documentation processes and compliance expectations

· Produce weekly property listing updates for branch managers

· Continually develop your understanding of REINZ and REA compliance requirements

About You

· At least 5 years of office administration experience

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

· Naturally curious and investigative – you spot inconsistencies and fix them before they become issues

· Clear and professional communicator with people at all levels

· Enjoy supporting others and learning from experienced professionals

· Take initiative, but also value structure, process, and guidance
