Bring your craft, pace, and ideas to a team that loves making great work—and seeing it drive real results. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be the go-to creative who lifts our brand across multiple touchpoints including beautifully finished print and sales collateral.

What you'll do
  • Own creative projects end-to-end: Plan timelines, manage workflows, and champion design best practice from brief to delivery.
  • Design for impact (print + digital): Campaign assets, brochures, presentations, signage, web graphics, EDMs, motion, GIFs—if it carries our brand, you make it sing.
  • Guard and grow the brand: Keep standards tight and consistent while evolving our look and feel with smart, on-brand ideas.
  • CMS & CRM stewardship: Maintain organised asset libraries and templates; coordinate with internal teams and external partners to get campaigns live, on time.
  • Content production: Turn concepts into scroll-stopping social content, short-form video, and simple motion pieces.
  • Sales enablement: Create compelling pitch decks, one-pagers, and collateral that help our sales team win—and refine them based on feedback and performance.
You'll bring
  • 2+ years in a full-time Graphic Design role with a portfolio of commercial work that shows craft and results.
  • Fluency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; plus Premiere Pro & After Effects for motion) and Figma.
  • Comfortable on iMac; confident with Microsoft 365.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, track progress, hit deadlines, and communicate clearly.
  • Fast learner who can navigate CMS/CRM platforms and manage design templates.
  • Proactive, organised, calm under pressure—and happy to pitch in on the odd ad-hoc task when things get busy.
