**Your role**

We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Manager - Transport & Distribution to join our team based in the beautiful Bay of Plenty at Mount Maunganui. This role will provide technical and administrative support to IXOM’s Bulk Liquid Tanker Operations, as well as providing direct support to the Fleet operations. You will oversee two direct reports covering administration of accounts and reconciliation of work completed with accounts receivable.

**Your responsibilities**
- Maintain and provide analysis of reports for BLT Operations
- Be a part of the wider BLT lead team
- Developing standardised dashboard reporting with a data driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives.
- Leading the improvement and standardisation of BLT administrative operations
- Developing standardised streamlined business processes
- Lead two direct reports and ensure workload is allocated fairly and completed
- Delivery monthly reports to the Manager of BLT
- Provide analysis of BLT operations as required for projects
- Maintain systems and processes to ensure the effective administration of the BLT operation.
- Coaching and mentoring of direct reports
- Manage month end / stock reconciliation process

**Your skills & experience**
- Previous people leadership experience managing a small team
- Prior experience in logistics operations methodology
- Experience in administrative operations
- High level understanding of digital solutions to support Sourcing and Supply Chain activities
- Skilled communicator, facilitating group processes and coaching team members
- Analysis, including interpreting data and evaluating research studies
