Albany Toyota is seeking a confident and capable individual to join our high-performing and award-winning Used Vehicle Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who brings depth of industry knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and a mature, solutions-focused approach to customer service. Our Used Vehicle Team is an award-winning team receiving the 2022 Used Vehicle Excellence Cup at the Toyota New Zealand Business Excellence Awards. Our team of highly trained and skilled sales professionals will ensure an easy transition into the team.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in vehicle sales, ideally within a franchise dealership (minimum 5+ years' experience required).
  • A polished, customer-centric sales approach with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and consultative style.
  • A results-driven team player who takes ownership and accountability in their role.
  • Well-developed organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confidence with technology, sales systems, and digital platforms.
  • Availability for weekend and rostered shifts as required.
  • Full, clean driver's license.

What Your Role Involves

  • Guiding customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing journey with expertise and care.
  • Maintaining and growing a loyal client base through proactive relationship management.
  • Delivering expert knowledge on Toyota's models and offerings.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication throughout the sales process.
  • Representing Albany Toyota's values and commitment to excellence in every interaction.
  • Participating in and upholding our Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
