The role

As a Light Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

Selling new vehicles and consistently achieving sales targetsDelivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and well-informedPricing and appraising trade-ins, structuring competitive deals, and managing vehicle deliveriesProspecting for new business and nurturing relationships with repeat customersCollaborating with your team to ensure dealership goals are metStaying up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the automotive market

What we're looking for

You'll need to have proven sales experience in the automotive sector, ideally in a franchise dealership setting. We are looking for:

A track record of success in vehicle sales – you know how to prospect, negotiate, and close dealsA positive, professional, and highly motivated attitude with a passion for providing top-class customer serviceA solid work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skills – you'll be building relationships with customers and colleagues alikeA willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in an evolving industry.Valid driver's license and the right to work in New Zealand
