  • Full Time
  • Application Closes 31 Oct 2025
  • Auckland - North Shore
  • Sales and Related Worker

As a family-owned, award-winning dealership with over 30 years of automotive excellence, Albany Toyota is proud to represent New Zealand's largest Automotive brand. With a team of over 100 employees across multiple locations, we offer a supportive, collaborative workplace where professionalism, integrity, and long-term career development are at the heart of what we do. We are deeply committed to our community, sustainability, and the future of mobility.

As our New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the New Vehicle Sales Team. This role blends operations, administration, and customer care to ensure everything runs seamlessly from the moment a vehicle is ordered, right through to when it is in our Showroom ready to be handed over to one of our wonderful customers.

You'll be the "go-to" person who keeps the process moving — coordinating vehicles, managing timelines, communicating across departments, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Every detail you take care of contributes to an outstanding experience for our customers when they pick up their brand-new Toyota.

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and update spreadsheets and different platforms regarding vehicle movement.
  • Creating and maintain daily reports, raising any concerns with the New Vehicle Sales Manager.
  • Communicate vehicle timelines, transport, and documentation with relevant departments.
  • Meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stock in New Vehicles and complete profiling with accuracy.
  • Assist with lease returns and direct deliveries when required.
  • Manage purchase orders and follow up on unprocessed orders and job cards.
  • Liaise with departments to support smooth end-of-month processes.
  • Provide support to the New Vehicle Sales Manager in their absence.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous coordination, admin, or operational experience (preferred).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude.
  • Clear, confident communication across teams.
  • Willingness to step up and support the wider team when needed.

What We Offer

  • A full-time, permanent role in a well-established, supportive dealership all working towards the same goal.
  • Competitive remuneration with a company vehicle.
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
  • Staff discounts and long service recognition.
  • The exciting opportunity to work for a leading brand and a motivated team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dealership where your contribution truly matters. If you're ready to bring your skills and enthusiasm to the Albany Toyota team, apply now with your CV and a cover letter telling us why you're the perfect fit.

Only applicants with New Zealand Citizenship or New Zealand Permanent Residency should apply.
