Our client is a fast-scaling online education provider operating in the B2C space, with a clear mission to deliver high-impact learning experiences to a global audience. As they enter a new phase of growth, they are seeking a commercially astute and hands-on Sales & Marketing Director to lead a team of up to forty.

This is a rare opportunity to join a strong sales team, with full remote flexibility and a mandate to drive measurable outcomes.

  • Lead, manage and integrate sales and marketing teams
  • Drive enrolment growth, revenue performance, and marketing ROI
  • Oversee a compliance team (up to 5 staff) via an experienced team leader
  • Collaborate with current leadership and board members to align strategic priorities
  • Champion a culture of accountability, agility, and shared leadership

We are seeking a proven manager who can oversee a combined sales team of up to 30 people across three countries whilst providing strategic vision with operational execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven success in leading B2C/online sales teams (x30) whilst collaborating with marketing team (x3) to help drive overall success
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth and measurable ROI
  • Experience integrating sales and marketing under a unified strategy
  • Comfort managing across diverse functions, including outside core expertise
  • Strong digital / online communication and remote leadership capability
  • Pragmatic, collaborative, and action-oriented mindset
