Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and playing a key role in enabling the future of fibre? At Chorus, we're looking for a dedicated Customer Connect Coordinator to join our team - someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to ensuring every customer order is delivered seamlessly from entry to activation.

In this role, you'll be the glue that holds our delivery process together, working across multiple workstreams including Consents, Provisioning, Chorus-led, Fibre Frontier, and Copper Withdrawal. Whether it's a Retail Service Provider (RSP) order or an internal initiative, you'll be at the heart of it all - proactively managing WIP, identifying roadblocks, resolving escalations, and facilitating the best possible outcomes for our customers. You'll leverage strong communication skills across multiple channels, ensure SLAs are consistently met, and seek continuous improvement opportunities that support both our customer journey and wider strategic goals.

You'll build strong, trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners, using your problem-solving mindset to keep orders on track and systems optimised. With an eye for efficiency, you won't just navigate processes - you'll help shape them. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • A strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering seamless outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and system-based
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and seek support when needed
  • Experience working across multiple workflows or complex order types (e.g. Fibre, Copper, Provisioning, Consents, etc.)
  • Confidence in navigating and resolving escalations or exceptions
  • A collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge and support your team
  • An eye for process improvement and continuous learning
  • Comfortable using and configuring services in technical platforms
  • A commitment to personal development and upskilling across workstreams
  • Understanding of SLAs/OLAs and how to manage work to meet performance targets
